Account information. When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, and organization name.

Billing information. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. Adaptive Flow Health does not store your full payment card details. We may retain transaction records and billing history as needed for account management and legal compliance.

User content and customer data. Adaptive Flow Studio is designed for operational data. We store the data you upload, paste, save, and create — including charts, dashboards, workspaces, notes, and datasets — to provide the service. You are responsible for the content you submit. See our Data Use and HIPAA Notice for guidance on appropriate data use.

Usage data. We may collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, session duration, and similar usage information. We use this to operate, maintain, and improve the service.

Device and browser information. We may collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, operating system, and IP address as part of normal web service operation.

Cookies we use. While the Adaptive Flow Health website is in private preview, it sets a cookie to remember that a visitor has entered the site access password, so the password is not requested on every page. The Adaptive Flow Studio platform sets cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the service. These cookies are required for the site and the platform to function and are not used for advertising.

Analytics. We may use analytics tools to understand how Adaptive Flow Studio is used. These tools may set cookies or use similar tracking technologies. We use this information to improve the product and understand adoption. We do not sell analytics data.

Most browsers allow you to control cookie settings. Some features of the site and the platform will not function correctly without cookies.

Adaptive Flow Studio relies on third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, authentication, and related services. These providers are selected for reasonable reliability and security standards. Your data may be processed by these providers as necessary to operate the service.

We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising or marketing. Use of the platform may also be subject to applicable third-party terms.

We retain your account and customer data while your account is active. After account cancellation or termination, we may retain data for a reasonable period to allow for data export or retrieval, and thereafter may retain certain records as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

By default, Adaptive Flow Studio — including the self-serve and preview experience — is not configured for Protected Health Information (PHI). PHI may only be used in approved workspaces where Adaptive Flow Health and your organization have the appropriate agreements (including a Business Associate Agreement where required) and safeguards in place. Do not upload, paste, save, or process PHI unless your workspace has been approved for it.

Adaptive Flow Health uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the platform and customer data. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, managing authorized user access, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may update or correct your account information by contacting us. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to requests within a reasonable time.

Adaptive Flow Studio is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website or communicated through other reasonable means. Continued use of the platform after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
