Accessibility Statement

Adaptive Flow Health is committed to making Adaptive Flow Studio usable by people with disabilities, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.

The standard we build and test against is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA is our target, not a claim of current full conformance.

No third-party accessibility audit of Adaptive Flow Studio has been completed, and no Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) or Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) has been issued for it.

What is true of the product today:

• The interface is built with semantic HTML and ARIA roles so that assistive technology can identify page structure and controls
• Interactive controls are operable from the keyboard
• Focused controls have a visible focus indicator, and automated focus-contrast checks run in our continuous integration pipeline

These are engineering practices, not the result of an independent evaluation. We expect to find gaps, and we would rather hear about them than have them go unreported.

Charts in Adaptive Flow Studio convey information visually. For every chart, the same values are available as a data table within the product, and any dataset can be exported as a CSV file, so the underlying numbers are available in a non-visual form.

If you encounter a part of Adaptive Flow Studio, or of this website, that you cannot use with your assistive technology, please tell us. Email sjahnke@adaptiveflowhealth.com and include:

• The page or feature where the problem occurred
• The assistive technology and browser you were using, including version where known
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead

We will acknowledge your report within five (5) business days and track it until it is resolved. We aim to fix barriers that prevent a task from being completed within thirty (30) days, and other barriers within ninety (90) days. Where a fix will take time, we will tell you the timeline and, where one exists, an alternative way to accomplish the task.

Adaptive Flow Health will work with customer institutions on accessibility requirements and remediation roadmaps as part of organizational onboarding, and will agree to WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a contractual standard with the remediation timeframes above. An independent accessibility audit and a VPAT / Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) against WCAG 2.1 Level AA are planned for the second quarter of 2027.
